The assistant on the home page is an AI that Arpan set up to answer general questions about PLCs, HMIs and SCADA, dashboards and production data, remote monitoring, machine vision, sensors, robotics and legacy migrations. It gives general information, not engineering advice, so check part numbers and settings against the manufacturer's docs.

When you have a real project or a problem at your facility, the assistant can pass it to Arpan for a look at no cost or obligation. Depending on the job, he handles it himself or brings in the right people.
